Your Health First

When using amenities at 44 Charles during this time, always:

  • Mind your space and practice physical distancing of 6ft at all times.
  • Wear mask or face covering while traveling between spaces, when not actively exercising or using equipment, and/or when physical distancing is not possible.
  • Wash your hands with soap and water or hand sanitizer before and after you change locations.

51st Floor Amenities

Changerooms

While the changerooms are open, the shower facilities are closed. Residents are encouraged to change in their suites to avoid over-crowding in the changerooms.

Sauna

The sauna facilities remain closed at this time.

Pool

The pool has been divided into two lanes. A maximum of 2 persons per household per lane or a maximum of 4 people in total are permitted in the pool area at one time.

Due to the shower facilities being closed, residents must shower with soap and water in their suite prior to entering the pool.

Fitness Area

Two pieces of equipment are available for use.

Spray bottles and paper towels have been provided; please wipe down the equipment before and after each use.

Sun Deck

A maximum of 3 persons will be permitted on the sun deck at one time.

Loungers have been placed 6 feet apart.

Library

A maximum of 2 persons per household or a maximum of 4 people in total are permitted in the Library at one time.

If more than one household is in the Library at one time, residents must wear a mask or face covering.

If other residents are waiting to use the space, please limit your time to 60 minutes.

 

31st Floor Amenities

Fitness Area

A maximum of 5 persons are permitted at one time.

Spray bottles and paper towels have been provided; please wipe down the equipment before and after each use.

Club Room

The Club Room must be booked with Security prior to use. Bookings can be made for up to 2 hours at a time. Please contact 416-961-2311.

This space will be cleaned in between bookings by building staff; as a result, back-to-back bookings may not always be available.

Party Room

The Party Room must be booked with Concierge prior to use. Bookings can be made for 5 hours or longer, as needed. Please contact 416-323-2575

This space will be cleaned in between bookings by building staff.

Hobby Room

A maximum of 3 persons are permitted at one time. If other residents are waiting to use the space, please limit your time to 60 minutes.

No resident items may be stored in the room at this time. As such, all items must be removed when you leave the hobby room; any items left in the room may be disposed of.

 

Laundry Room

While using the Laundry Room please keep a safe distance and wear a mask.

Laundry Room hours have been expanded to 24 hours a day.

 

Roof Garden

Please wear a mask when travelling to the Roof Garden and maintain a safe distance while outside.

Booking an elevator

There are some restrictions on time. It is encouraged to book your move during the afternoon and evening hours during the weekday, and any time on a weekend. Height clearance for any moving truck is 12 feet 6 inches.

Picking up a delivered parcel

Small parcels can be picked up daily from the lobby desk after 1:00pm. Larger parcels can be picked up on the P1 loading dock. Call receiving at 416-923-7891.

Car rental

Our partnership with AutoShare gives you easy, onsite 24/7 access to AutoShare vehicles without paying the usual membership fee. Cars are conveniently available on P1 near the North elevators.

To obtain a monthly spot, contact the Impark Parking Manager at 416-924-0566.

Lost keys and lock changes

Fill out a “Request for Keys/Access Card” form available at the lobby desk.
